Abstract

Thesis Summary: This paper presents a civilizational architecture rooted in the logic of "Universal Individualism" (天道貴私). By categorizing the Five Layers of Physical Commons and the Three Layers of Spiritual Commons, we establish a stable "Eight-Layer System of Order." To facilitate the dynamic interaction between private and public, we further define Five Interwoven Interfaces. Combined, these 13 dimensions represent not only the "Perfect Number" for individual cognition but also the "Prosperity Number" that prevents civilizational regression and ensures the flourishing of diverse life.________________________________________Part I: The Eight-Layer Commons (The Architecture of Order)This system defines the boundaries of resources, rights, and meaning to ensure that every entity remains within its proper sphere.A. The Five Layers of Physical Commons (The Foundation)1. The Biosphere: The prerequisite for existence, governed by the principle of Biological Reciprocity.2. Sovereign Infrastructure: The carrier of national order, governed by Contractual Rule of Law.3. Semi-Private / Semi-Community Domains: Includes religious, educational, and medical spaces. The core rule is Reciprocity: exclusionary groups must not intrude upon or disrupt other public domains.4. Family and Community Domain: The collective buffer for the "Private" and the micro-carrier of Historical Memory.5. The Physical Private Domain: The sacred core of property and body. This is the ultimate manifestation of Valuing the Private (貴私).B. The Three Layers of Spiritual Commons (The Architecture of Meaning)6. The Global Civilizational Commons: Comprised of the global lingua franca (English) and scientific logic. Its obligation is Transparent and Equitable Communication.7. The Ethnic and Linguistic Commons: The guardianship of mother tongues and group reputation. Influence should be earned through Civilizational Excellence, not through shaming others.8. The Individual Spiritual Sanctuary: The absolute autonomy of thought and the source of creativity used to break Mental Inertia.________________________________________Part II: The Five Interwoven Interfaces (The Dynamics of Interaction)These five interfaces are the dynamic zones where the "Private Self" transforms into "Social Value." They serve as the critical defense against "Sanctimonious Hypocrisy."1. The Interface of Creation and Recognition: Where personal soul-work (Layer 8) enters the Civilizational Commons (Layer 6). It protects private attribution in exchange for public value.2. The Interface of Legacy and Historical Memory: The transition from private domain (Layer 5) to collective memory (Layer 4/7). It prevents civilizational forgetting and regression.3. The Interface of Contract and Commerce: Where "Knowing the Private" engages in equitable exchange under sovereign protection. It is the synthesis of "Valuing the Private" and "Rule of Law."4. The Interface of Education and Enlightenment: The process through which public knowledge enters the private mind to break mental sets. Multilingualism creates cross-border advantages here.5. The Interface of Reputation and Integrity: The projection of private morality into the public eye. If a public figure uses "Shameful Refusal to Communicate," they damage the "Common Credit" of their entire ethnic group.________________________________________Part III: The Cognitive Logic of the Prosperity Number 13• 8 as the Perfect Number: Representing the symmetry between the physical and spiritual, ensuring a stable social equilibrium.• 5 as the Active Interfaces: Providing the pathways for individual creativity to flow across boundaries.• 13 as the Prosperity Number: When all 13 dimensions are respected, society escapes the "Universal Egoism" of tyrants and achieves a state of "Universal Individualism," allowing diverse organisms to evolve in harmony.________________________________________Conclusion"Universal Individualism" does not mean isolation; it means clarity. Only by recognizing the sanctity of the "Private" and the reciprocity of the "Commons" can humanity move from the primal "No-thought" to a high-level, multilingual civilization. Within the framework of 13, social prosperity is maintained through the constant, respectful interplay of independent souls.________________________________________
