Abstract

This factsheet presents the BioWAG system, a biodegradable soil additive designed to enhance root-zone water retention and improve irrigation efficiency. By storing and gradually releasing water directly to plant roots, BioWAG supports drought-resilient crop production, improves soil moisture stability, and contributes to sustainable, water-efficient agricultural practices.
