Adaptive Quantum Processor Stabilisation (pat.pend.)
Abstract
Defensive publication and complete algorithmic specification for an adaptive quantum processor stabilization system based on three integrated mechanisms:(1) Q(m) Regime Monitor: A real-time spectral diagnostic that partitions qubit noise power spectral density into φ-logarithmic frequency bands (golden ratio spacing) and computes a scale-invariant metric Q(m) = m · Δ(m). A plateau in Q(m) indicates stable operation; deviations provide deterministic early warning of decoherence.(2) Golden-Laplacian-Graph (GLG) Topology: A qubit coupling design criterion requiring the graph Laplacian spectral-span-to-spread ratio Γ ≈ φ, which maximizes synchronizability and suppresses correlated crosstalk through eigenmode incommensurability.(3) Adaptive Fibonacci-Word Dynamical Decoupling: Upon regime instability detection, the system selects or re-parametrizes a DD pulse sequence with aperiodic Fibonacci-word intervals (A→AB, B→A, τ_B/τ_A ≈ φ), providing broadband noise suppression without resonance peaks. The paper includes full mathematical definitions, four reproducible pseudocode algorithms, and a systematic comparison to prior art (IBM GADD, Q-CTRL GraphDD, Amazon Monitoring, ROQA, Dumitrescu et al.). No experimental data is presented; the contribution is the integrated architecture. This publication establishes prior art under 35 U.S.C. §102 and EPC Art. 54.
