Part 21_Structural Unification of Physical Laws and Constants: Hong's Phase-Open Dynamics as a Constitutional Framework
Abstract
Description This work presents a constitutional structural framework in whichstandard physical laws and associated conversion scales ariseas shell-filtered continuum projections of a discretephase-closure constitution. The framework is built upon: Prime–phase admissibility Quartic residual stability Norm-preserving SRCD rotational dynamics Winding-index invariance Shell-dominant continuum realization Rather than introducing independent dynamical axioms, the Schrödinger, Maxwell, Navier–Stokes, and Einstein equationsare interpreted as representation-dependent envelope limitsof a unified discrete phase structure. This paper does not perform empirical parameter fittingor numerical derivation of physical constants.Instead, it establishes structural admissibility criteriaand operator-class constraints at the constitutional level. Appendix C provides a minimal black-box closure verificationof the three-constant calibration core (c, ħ, G),using standard SI inputs solely to confirm algebraic closure. No tuning, scanning, or fitting procedure is used. The purpose of this work is to define structural necessity, not phenomenological exhaustiveness.
