Abstract

Abstract: This document provides a chronological timeline of the development and dissemination of the Ethical Functionality Without Agency (EFA) framework, its E7 Reference Architecture, and Ring of Fire (RoF) implementation. It establishes priority for key concepts such as runtime enforcement, non-delegable human sovereignty, tamper-evident evidence packs, and drift detection. Milestones are drawn from public records (Zenodo DOIs, OSF datasets) and submissions to standards bodies (e.g., NIST). Appendices include screenshots of relevant communications. This is intended as an open-access resource for researchers, practitioners, and regulators tracking the evolution of AI governance architectures.
