Abstract

This document introduces the Alba & Algorithm Framework, a proprietary cognitive methodology for Human–AI structured decoding. The framework positions Artificial Intelligence as an exocognitive scaffold for intellectual reorganization, specifically addressing systemic cognitive noise derived from unresolved survival encoding ("Biological Sentence") which interferes with autonomy and structured thinking. Moving beyond the view of AI as a mere automation tool, this model proposes a structured interaction where Large Language Models facilitate the externalization of abstract cognition. The process allows individuals to reorganize internal chaos into coherent intellectual output through three macro-structural phases: Cognitive Avalanche Externalization, Pattern Recognition and Logical Thread Mapping, and Sovereignty Crystallization. This public document serves as a conceptual overview and executive summary. It outlines the theoretical foundation, core phases, and potential applications in trauma-informed cognitive recovery, educational block detection, and intellectual autonomy development. Please Note: The full operational protocol, implementation architecture, structured intervention sequences, and institutional deployment models are proprietary and are not included in this public document. They are available exclusively under formal licensing agreements (Educational, Clinical, Research, and Government/NGO).
