LANA v3.1-R1 :: Revision 1 Release This release accompanies the R1 revised manuscript submission of: A Rule-Based Agent-Based Neural Model with Explicit Signal Transport and Environment-Mediated Feedback: The LANA Model Kapetanović S, Dželalija M, Bijedić N, Gašpar D, Tipurić-Spužević S. (2026). What is included in this release? Model code LANA_v3.1_COMPLETE.nlogo - v3.1 NetLogo model with all 26 BehaviorSpace experiment definitions (E0a–E6b). LANA_VALIDATION_FINAL.nlogox - extended model with baseline switch, regime presets, and lesion protocol. LANA_v3_1_ablation.nlogox - (R1 new) ablation variant for the component-wise ablation control (Table S9). Raw simulation data Original V&V suite: ~2,000 runs + 3,010 decay time-series samples. Original baseline, regime, and lesion experiments: 390 runs. v3.1 manuscript experiments (E0–E6): ~1,780 runs. R1 supplementary experiments: ~540 runs (new in this release), including: E6a/E6b: N=300 robustness spreadsheet exports (Table S1). E7: 3000-tick longer-horizon controls for full-vs-baseline and S1-vs-S2 (Table S5). E8: Three-level θ × κ_E grid (Table S6). Component-wise ablation control (Table S9). Revised figures (R1 new) Figures 3–9 revised per reviewer requirements: all internal graph titles removed, panel labels (a)/(b)/(c)/(d) added, notation consistency verified (κ_E, θ × κ_E, OAT), exported at 600 dpi.
