Abstract

Material for the hands-on workshop about introduction to bioimage analysis in KhipuX Quito 2026. It consisted in a 4 hour theoretical and hand on workshop on introduction to bioimage analysios using Napari. Students will develop a quick workflow using napari assistant on the first half and apply CellPose on the second half from jupyter notebooks.
