Abstract

A structured framework for assessing organisational readiness to deploy AI agents reliably in production environments. ARMM evaluates maturity across four dimensions (Technical Controls, Operational Resilience, Governance & Accountability, and Capability & Culture) against five levels from Experimenting (0) to Mission-Critical (4). It addresses the gap between AI demonstration and dependable production operation, and complements UK government frameworks, ISO 42001, the NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
