Abstract

This paper introduces a unified mathematical framework for systemic constants, bridging the gap between quantum fluctuations and macroscopic stability. By defining a new set of recalibration equations, the theory explores the invariance of fundamental parameters under non-linear state transitions. The results suggest a coherent structure for quantum gravity based on evolutionary dynamics, offering a robust alternative for understanding universal constants such as the muon magnetic anomaly.
