Abstract

This article resolves the "Dark Matter" problem without the need to postulate undetectable exotic particles. Using the Quantum Diffusion (DQ) Framework, it demonstrates that anomalies in galactic rotation curves and gravitational lensing are not the result of "missing mass," but rather macroscopic manifestations of diffusivity gradients ∇𝐷inherent in the 12dimensional subspace. It is postulated that galaxies form and rotate within pre-existing "topological valleys" in the tensor metric 𝐹μν. The apparent "dark matter" is, therefore, a Topological Shadow: the residual geometric friction of the collapsed extra dimensions that constrains kinetic motion in the projected three-dimensional plane, naturally explaining its lack of direct electromagnetic interaction and its profound gravitational effect.
