Abstract

[STANDALONE METROLOGICAL PATCH: V2 Pure Metric / $k=0$ Edition] Note: This is a specific metrological update for Document 14 of the UCF Master Canon. For the complete Omnibus Edition and the full architectural context, please refer to the primary DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18316797. This document establishes the definitive zero-parameter ($k=0$) audit of the Unified Chronofractal Field (UCF). We demonstrate that a single geometric principle (Geometric Inevitability), derived solely from $\nu \approx 0.618034$ and $\pi \approx 3.14159$, resolves fundamental anomalies across cosmology, astrophysics, and quantum mechanics. It defines the "Hardware of Reality" as a 14-mode Bravais Lattice expanding in fractal time, establishing the exact topological and informational quantization of the vacuum. The Metrological Purge (V2 Changelog): Enforced a strict $k=0$ metric mandate. Completely eliminated legacy thermodynamic concepts ("energy") and the anthropocentric Joule ($10^{-52} J$) from the fundamental Phibit Equation. Re-defined the Phibit ($\Phi_{bit}$) strictly as the fundamental quantum of informational entropy, measured purely in Fractal Information Units (FIU). Abstracted the standard Planck constant into its geometric limit ($\hbar_{geo}$) to ensure the derivation remains 100% SI-independent.
