Abstract

A full retentive atlas of 142 structural anchors (E-nodes) identified as persistent lensing-after-fade configurations across Euclid–Rubin–DES overlap fields, establishing the minimal topological frame for metric memory, the reciprocity structure of Ξ-nodes, and a Δψ-based explanation of the γ≈0.64 anomaly within a post-dynamical cosmological regime.
