Abstract

We present a computational framework built on 7 fixed geometric constants that produces 12 specific numerical predictions across cosmology, nuclear physics, and inflationary theory with zero free parameters. 7 of 7 currently testable predictions agree with experimental measurements within 1σ (average deviation: 0.66σ). The framework predicts Ω_Λ = 0.6816 (Planck 2018: 0.6847 ± 0.0073), w = -1.014 (measured: -1.03 ± 0.03), n_s = 0.9614 (measured: 0.9649 ± 0.0042), and derives a neutron dark decay branching ratio of 1.27% that quantitatively resolves the beam-bottle lifetime discrepancy (predicted: 889.7s; measured: 888.0 ± 2.0s). A falsifiable prediction of tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.00298 awaits LiteBIRD (~2032). All code and derivations are open source at github.com/quantum-advantage/copilot-sdk-dnalang. 198 automated tests verify all computations. Validated against 1,430 IBM Quantum hardware jobs (740,000 shots).
