Abstract

Searching for a 300 K Superconductor: Unified Scretching X-Primitive / Liu-Shang SODT Framework Corrected Edition — Peer Review Revision This work integrates the Scretching X-Primitive electromagnetic framework (Parts I–II) with the Liu-Shang (2025) DFT superconducting orbital-density-tunnel (SODT) theory to derive five new equations and three selection criteria for identifying room-temperature superconductor candidates. CORRECTION NOTICE Equation S-5 re-derived with correct prefactor (3m*/4μ₀e²εF), verified to ratio = 1.0000. Equation S-3 revised from exp(ζ/λep) to energy-balance form Tc,SODT = Tc,McMillan + (ħωD × ζ × fSODT)/kB, explicitly labeled phenomenological. ΨSS reframed as a Tier-0 screening metric. Equation S-4 validity restricted to T/Tc > 0.90. Full limitations section added (Eliashberg corrections, anharmonicity, pressure dependence, nonadiabatic effects). FIVE NEW EQUATIONS S-1: ΨSS = (ΘD/T) × λep/(1-ζ) [SODT screening metric] S-2: λep × ΘD > T_target/(1-ζ) [structural threshold, Kelvin] S-3: Tc,SODT = Tc,McMillan + (ħωD × ζ × fSODT)/kB [phenomenological] S-4: Tc,min = T_target / (1 - Xmin/2X(0)) [near-Tc, T/Tc > 0.90] S-5: ΔESN = -(3m*/4μ₀e²εF) × X(0) × Δ(0)² [corrected] CENTRAL FINDING A dense H-clathrate (ΘD ≈ 2500 K, λep ≈ 1.75) with designed pontoon interlayer structure (ζ = 0.20) is predicted to achieve Tc,SODT = 319.7 K. All three screening criteria satisfied: ΨSS = 18.23 >> 1, λep×ΘD = 4375 K >> 375 K threshold, κGL = 108.8 >> 0.707. Nine materials screened; all known high-Tc materials pass, conventional metals fail — consistent with experiment. RELATED WORK Part II DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14897642 Liu-Shang (2025): Supercond. Sci.
