Abstract

This paper presents a speculative but internally rigid derivational chain from a single logical axiom — the necessity of distinction (0 = ¬1) — to quantitative predictions for all Standard Model parameters. The construction originates from Information–Pressure Theory (IPT), a framework in which physics is the thermodynamics of boundary records: entropy–area capacity bounds on null surfaces determine the admissible bulk content. The present paper distills from IPT the self-contained chain that leads from one axiom to the Standard Model's numerical parameters, with no Lagrangian assumed, no symmetry group postulated, and no parameters fitted. Self-reference closure uniquely selects the golden ratio φ = (1+√5)/2. Discretization of the self-referential structure yields a unique integer triple (χ, N_c, P) = (2, 3, 1), from which a geometric figure — the mandala, a regular pentagon with inscribed Weyl triangle — crystallizes. The mandala's invariants (s = 5 vertices, d_mix = 11 regions, k₀ = 55 saturation depth) generate all Standard Model numbers through boundary thermodynamics. The forced boundary topology S² requires a 125-dimensional site space H_cell^⊗3, whose S₃–Young decomposition yields exactly 11 non-empty fine sectors (Λ³(ℂ²) = 0 kills the twelfth). Each fine sector maps to a fermion channel via orbit type (color content) and Young label (generation), and the capacity denominator D_f for each fermion is the unique minimizer of a graded semiring built from the mandala invariants. Four operator classes, fixed by the isotypic decomposition of coupling operators under S₃ × ℤ₂, complete the mass formula. The Higgs mass is derived as M_H = M_P √(χ/N_c) · π⁻³⁴ · (1 + Δ/s) = 125.3 GeV, where the exponent 34 = s² + N_c² is computed, not chosen. All nine fermion masses, the CKM and PMNS mixing matrices (including explicit formulas such as λ = 1/(π√2), sin²θ₁₂ = 1/N_c − Δ, and δ_CP = 12π/11), the Weinberg angle, gauge couplings, and W/Z boson masses follow from the same geometric structure with zero free parameters. No experimental masses, couplings, or mixing angles are used at any stage. Mean agreement with experiment across 20+ predictions is 99.5%. The ideas in this paper are new and the reasoning will feel unfamiliar. It is offered as a theoretical framework to be examined on its internal consistency and predictive accuracy, not as a claim of finality. Readers are encouraged to engage with the logical chain on its own terms before judging it by the conventions of existing paradigms.
