Abstract

Out-of-Time-Order Correlators (OTOCs) measure chaos in complex systems. This paper derives OTOC commutators for metabolic networks and applies a hybrid quantum-classical model to pathological intravascular casts (AICs) from Rapley & Shelton (2026a–c), focusing on plasminogen deficiency, fibrinogen α-chain depletion, phosphorus enrichment, and fibrinolysis resistance. A 5D retrocausal model in Fractal-Unified Field Theory (F-UFT) uses backwards integration from clot end-state to precursors. Simulations show OTOC variance during drift from D ≈ 1.83 attractor, indicating chaotic scrambling. Includes bifurcation diagrams, 100-parameter sensitivity analysis, torsional plectonemes for enzyme regulation, and biochemistry from environmental signals to epigenetics, gene expression, necrosis, lung scarring, and organ failure. Supplementary: OTOC derivations, 5D model, simulations, bifurcations, sensitivity analysis, and biochemistry sections (remaining pages).
