The Five Dimensions of Individual Cognition A Five-Stage Model from Divine Order to Spiritual Freedom (The European Paradigm)
Abstract
Abstract:This paper delineates the "internal history" of individual cognitive development. It argues that personal growth is not a linear accumulation of knowledge but a series of dimensional leaps. By mapping psychological milestones—ranging from Cartesian Dualism and Game Theory to Newtonian Physics and Jungian Archetypes—onto the Fibonacci sequence (2, 3, 5, 8, 13), this study defines the necessary stages for an individual to shatter the "barriers of ignorance." The ultimate goal is to achieve a 13-dimensional state of spiritual totality, where the mastery of physical laws and social contracts serves as the foundation for absolute inner freedom.________________________________________Dimension I: The Genesis of the Subject (Fibonacci 2 / Descartes)• Core Proposition: Cogito, ergo sum ("I think, therefore I am").• Individual Development: This is the starting point of cognition. The individual first separates the "Self" from the chaotic environment, confirming their existence as a thinking subject.• Philosophical Trait: Recognition of the duality between mind and matter. This is the bedrock of all personal epistemology.Dimension II: Self-Awareness of Order and Games (Fibonacci 3 / Magna Carta & Game Theory)• Core Proposition: "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's."• Individual Development: The realization that social existence is a "Game" of power and boundaries. The individual learns the importance of "Rules" and the necessity of constraining internal impulses (the inner King) to maintain a contractual balance with the external world.• Philosophical Trait: The establishment of power boundaries; the birth of strategic thinking; the understanding of Checks and Balances.Dimension III: Systematic Self-Integration (Fibonacci 5 / Separation of Powers & Franklin)• Core Proposition: The Trinity and Internal Democracy.• Individual Development: This marks the Preliminary Awakening of the Individual. The self is no longer viewed as a monolith but as a balanced system. Following the example of Benjamin Franklin, the individual harmonizes moral practice, scientific inquiry, and civic responsibility.• Philosophical Trait: The separation and balance of internal powers (Mind, Body, Spirit); polymathic self-management.Dimension IV: Mastery of Laws and Respect for Existence (Fibonacci 8 / Newton)• Core Proposition: The Right to Exist and Submission to Natural Law.• Individual Development: The birth of the scientific spirit within the self. The individual perceives the objective laws of the universe and learns to respect the "Right to Exist" of all life. By mastering the laws of motion and nature (Newtonian physics), the individual gains true freedom of action, no longer paralyzed by the fear of the unknown.• Philosophical Trait: Empiricism; the ultimate respect for the sovereignty of life; the rational use of technical tools.Dimension V: Integration of Collective Consciousness (Fibonacci 13 / Jung)• Core Proposition: "Everyone is a Buddha" and the Freedom of Spirit.• Individual Development: The final cognitive leap. Through the "Individuation Process," the individual reconciles with the collective unconscious. Cognition expands to the 13th dimension. The individual realizes their source is identical to that of the universe, achieving an absolute freedom that transcends material limits.• Philosophical Trait: Jungian Psychological Totality; the shattering of the final barrier of ignorance; the state of the "Enlightened One" (覺者).________________________________________Conclusion:Individual evolution is a "Cognitive Subtraction"—a continuous stripping away of ego-centric ignorance. Only when an individual establishes a rational respect for the world in the 4th dimension (Science/Newton) can they achieve the complete emotional and spiritual liberation of the 5th dimension (Spirit/Jung). This is the essential path for the completion of a human life.
