Abstract

This paper explores the Fine-Structure Constant (α ≈ 1/137) as the structurallimit of the vacuum lattice in the Constrained Packaging Dynamics (CPD) framework. We propose that α represents the end point of the elastic and dynamicmodes in the vacuum lattice, marking the point where a new particle emerges—astable, non-interacting particle that could play a key role in explaining dark matter, black holes, and cosmic evolution. We discuss the Dead Loop particle’s properties, methods for its detection, and its potential cosmological impact.
