Abstract

Pushes four existing void theorems (T3, T4, T10, Red Queen) through the Kimura identity (Pe = 4N_e·s, Paper 41) to generate new population genetics results. Derives: (1) Minimum Selection Coefficient Theorem — coupling floors from patent lock-in shift the neutral boundary. (2) Monoculture Phase Transition — homogeneous populations cross V* simultaneously, resistance emerges as phase transition. (3) Genetic Diversity Maintenance Cost — second-law inevitability of monoculture drift when conservation energy is removed. (4) Chemical Defense Impossibility — static chemicals (R=0) against responsive pests (R>0) cannot sustain arms races. Validated against glyphosate resistance data (Heap 2014), Bt resistance emergence (Tabashnik 2013), crop genetic diversity loss (FAO 1997), and seed market concentration (Howard 2015). Scores 12 agricultural systems on (O, R, α). Applies T11 (Independence Theorem) to EPA/EFSA regulatory capture.
