Abstract

This dataset presents the haemoglobin polymorphism profiles of Ethiopian Zebu × Holstein Friesian crossbred dairy cattle across different blood levels. Blood samples were analyzed by Agarose gel electrophoresis to identify the variation in haemoglobin types, and providing insights into genetic diversity The data can support research in animal genetics, and breeding programs.
