Abstract

Scripts and data to reproduce analysis used in the paper "Beyond temperature: the environmental constraints of high-mountain microrefugia", by Vrábel et al. 2026 -- Journal of Ecology. Contact person: Branislav Vrábel, branislavrabel@gmail.com The repository includes the following folders.> `Rscript`: scripts that read files in `data` . Scripts are tested on R 4.4.2 and 4.5.> `data`: includes (1) original data (species composition: `speces.csv`) and environmental variables: (2) carbon content in soil:`Carbon.tif`, (3) minimal annual temperature: `Temperature.tif`, (4) snow cover duration: `Snow.tif` and (5) topographic wetness index: `TWI.tif`. Lastly (6) digital elevetion model used in analysis: `DEM.tif` and elevation of plots:`eleData.csv`
