Hausdorff Measure of KIFS Attractors as the Origin of Particle Mass in Superfluid Vacuum Theory
Abstract
In the Standard Model of particle physics, the mass hierarchy of elementary particles relies on arbitrary Yukawa couplings, offering no fundamental geometric explanation for specific mass values. Building upon the framework of Superfluid Vacuum Theory (SVT)—where elementary particles are modeled as topological defects stabilized by Kaleidoscopic Iterated Function Systems (KIFS)—we propose a novel geometric origin of mass. Because these stable vortex configurations are inherently fractal, classical Euclidean geometry fails to quantify their localized energy. We hypothesize that the invariant mass of an elementary particle is strictly proportional to the Hausdorff measure of its corresponding KIFS attractor. Furthermore, the periodic dynamic oscillation of these fractal structures along the 4D fluid flow naturally gives rise to macroscopic Time Crystals. This paper provides a theoretical foundation unifying fractal geometry, mass quantization, and the spontaneous breaking of continuous time-translation symmetry in a superfluid vacuum.
