ELF-NET Data S3: Pfam-A hmmsearch results for the mixed-source input collection

Per-sample HMMER hmmsearch tabular outputs against Pfam-A v35.0 (E-value < 10−9) for 2,318 processed samples from the mixed-source ELF-NET input collection. This archive is an intermediate processing ledger distinct from the 2,044-sample domain-analysis set: 39 of the 2,357 input samples are not represented in the archive, and 274 archived outputs did not meet the non-empty Pfam-A inclusion criterion. The files enable independent re-thresholding, per-domain quantification, and domain-architecture analysis without rerunning hmmsearch.
