Abstract

This work considers a hypothesis on the possibility of influencing the processes of aging and organism recovery by altering the fundamental energetic conditions of existence of living matter. In contrast to traditional biochemical and physiological approaches, a physical–energetic level of impact is proposed, acting at the level of atomic structure. Life is considered as a stable energetic regime of matter existence, in which the rate of biological processes is determined not only by chemical reactions but also by the state of the physical environment. A two-phase medical–engineering approach is proposed, including a phase of artificial limitation of the energy flow and a phase of its subsequent restoration. A conceptual experimental setup is described that allows the organism to be temporarily removed from its habitual energetic regime without direct thermal impact. The work is hypothesis-forming in nature and aims to pose the question of the fundamental possibility of controlling the energetic regime of living systems and its role in aging and recovery processes.
