The mathematics of the early Lomas Framework papers is corrected in Paper 8: The Correction (available as public release Paper 8: DOI 10.5281/zenodo. 22085581). The framework's structure stands; specific early numerical claims are withdrawn, repaired, or reserved there, and one prediction is tested against 1,371 Pantheon+ supernovae and excluded in full. This paper remains the timestamped record of the framework's development. This paper serves as a companion piece to 'The Lomas Framework — The Breathing Universe' series, bridging the conceptual gap between the first and second publications. It expands upon the unified cosmological theory by addressing the transitional elements and providing additional theoretical context that connects the core framework established in the preceding works.
