Abstract
A research and educational TypeScript CLI that orchestrates a multimodal model (Google Gemini by default, OpenRouter optionally) with LangGraph.js to analyse series of medical images and track how findings evolve across imaging sessions. It includes a deterministic fairness probe and an EU AI Act / NIST AI RMF governance matrix. Not a medical device; not clinically validated; outputs are experimental and are not clinical recommendations.
