Platformization of Social Functions: A System Architecture for Strategic Interdependence Between Sovereign Assets and External Technological Services
Abstract
This paper proposes a Social Function Platformization System that restructures state functions by separating core asset-based roles from delegable commodity services. By integrating standardized interfaces and smart contracts, it establishes strategic interdependence between sovereign assets and external technologies. The model includes state transition risk prediction and individual sovereignty parameters, enabling adaptive governance and preventing systemic collapse in the digital era.
