ROBINSON-S.T.R.A.D." (Stochastic Transition & Regime Anomaly Detector)
Abstract
ROBINSON-STRAD is a non-conventional detection framework designed to identify structural changes in the local space-time medium. By analyzing the "memory" of GNSS signal residuals through Hurst Exponent ($H$) estimation and Pareto statistics, the system detects regime shifts and structural perturbations—such as compact mass proximity or plasma anomalies—that remain invisible to traditional photometric sensors.
