Abstract

The Riemann Hypothesis (RH) stands as the central unresolved challenge in number theory, traditionally viewed as an analytic problem concerning the distribution of prime numbers. This work proposes a foundational reinterpretation of RH within the framework of Viscous Time Theory (VTT) and the Informational Resonance Spiral Viscous Time (IRSVT) model. We shift the ontological origin of the problem from purely analytic number theory to informational geometry, treating the Riemann zeta function ζ(s) as an informational field defined over a complex manifold equipped with curvature, dissipation, and stability constraints. Our central thesis defines the critical line Re(s)=1/2 as an Informational Stability Corridor: a geometrically and dynamically admissible manifold along which the informational flow associated with the zeta function remains coherent and globally stable. Within this framework, the non-trivial zeros of ζ(s) are reclassified as collapse nodes or critical points of an informational action functional S[ζ]. We demonstrate that any deviation from the critical line forces the informational system to accommodate critical nodes along non-geodesic, high-curvature paths, triggering metamorphic instabilities (M3/M4) and runaway dissipation (Φα). This work unifies RH with recent VTT-based validations of other deep structures, mapping L-functions to informational dissipation laws (as seen in BSD-VTT) and spectral structures to informational attractors (as seen in Yang–Mills VTT). We position RH not as a mysterious arithmetic coincidence, but as a necessary structural condition for the existence of a globally stable informational geometry underlying the prime number landscape. Finally, we outline a rigorous validation program utilizing informational action functionals and numerical stability indicators to probe these stability signatures, offering a falsifiable pathway toward understanding the structural inevitability of the Riemann Hypothesis.
