Abstract

Acute respiratory infection (IRA) incidence for France and its regions, by week, from the Sentinelles network (Inserm, Sorbonne Université), from 2020-03-16 (week 2020-12) to 2026-02-22 (week 2026-08), including inc, inc_low, inc_up, inc100. From https://www.sentiweb.fr/datasets/all/inc-25-RDD.csv (indicator 25). The files are restricted: these data are not licensed for redistribution, and pyvoa no longer ships the sentinellesIRA database.
