Surveillance du SARS-CoV-2 dans les eaux usées (SUM'Eau), Santé publique France: weekly indicators of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater, national (12 historic stations since August 2022, 54 stations since February 2024) and by station, from 2022-S31 to 2026-S42. Export of the Odissé dataset sum-eau-indicateurs, taken on 2026-10-30 from https://odisse.santepubliquefrance.fr/api/explore/v2.1/catalog/datasets/sum-eau-indicateurs/exports/csv?delimiter=%3B&with_bom=false&order_by=date_complet The earlier version was taken from data.gouv.fr, which Santé publique France no longer updates. The indicator is smoothed by its producer, and past weeks may change from one delivery to the next.
