Abstract
We reduce the principal achievements of the Japanese and Korean mathematical traditions to the Lattice Spectral Classification Theorem (LSCT, Paper 10) and the Jordan–Chevalley decomposition M = S + N. The Japanese school built the most heavily fortified Cathedral on earth: Mochizuki's Inter-Universal Teichmüller Theory deploys 500 pages of proprietary vocabulary to hide a spectral bound on a lattice interaction matrix; Itô's stochastic calculus is a nilpotent Taylor truncation where dW2 = dt forces the nilpotent index to 2; Fukaya's A∞-categories are chain complexes with μ12 = 0 (N-sector); Shimura and Taniyama's Modularity Conjecture is eigenvalue matching between Galois and Hecke operators. The Korean vanguard—Minhyong Kim's arithmetic gauge theory and June Huh's combinatorial Hodge theory—translates topological machinery into nullspace computations on arithmetic connection matrices and Lefschetz operators on matroids. Every theorem reduces to T = S + N on a finite lattice. The notation barrier is the last fortification. It falls today.
