Abstract

The global economy is currently undergoing a "Twin Transition": Digitalization and Decarbonization. However, both transitions are being stalled by a single point of failure: The Oracle Problem. Corporations are under immense pressure to prove that their products are "Ethically Sourced," "Carbon Neutral," or "Authentic." Yet, the current infrastructure for proving these claims—PDF certificates and retroactive audits—is fundamentally broken. Greenwashing is rampant, carbon credits are double-counted, and counterfeit goods make up 3.3% of world trade. The Klyrox Protocol introduces a new standard for physical verification: Bonded Provenance. We propose that a sensor reading or an ESG report should not be treated as "Data," but as a "Financial Claim." By forcing suppliers to post Integrity Bonds behind their physical claims, we create a market where truth is collateralized. This paper outlines how Klyrox acts as "The Honest Oracle," bridging the gap between physical reality and digital ledgers to create a supply chain that is immune to fraud.
