Abstract

This release publishes “Normative Interface Contracts for Stratified Agent Architectures: Conformance Specifications and Demo-Validated Governance Constraints (N01–N30)” (v0.2). The document formalizes N01–N30 as MUST/MUST NOT interface contracts and binds each normative to a proof/break micro-demo in a deterministic conformance harness. Conformance is evaluated via a fixed JSONL audit record (decision + evidence + replay metadata), with demo-specific assertions carried as “key:value” evidence tokens. The specification is intentionally conservative: it locks only behaviors that are implemented and testable in the associated harness, and avoids introducing new mechanisms beyond the validated conformance surface. This work supports the design of the Spanda Engine simulation architecture and is published as technical documentation. Version: v0.2 (architectural preprint release).
