Abstract

This notebook applies Method A (Partial F-Test) from the Dual-Layer Sidereal Detection Framework to PSR J1713+0747 from the NANOGrav 15-year pulsar timing dataset. The analysis validates the framework's behavior under real diurnal sampling conditions: no false detection (F=2.05, p=0.129), iid residuals confirmed (Durbin-Watson=2.005), sidereal amplitude upper limit 0.047 µs. Requires the NANOGrav 15yr data archive (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.8423265). See companion paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18768750) for full framework documentation.
