Abstract

WITHDRAWAL / SUPERSESSION NOTICE (2026-05-31). Superseded by the Part 04 CKM paper (`part_04_ckm_mixing.tex`), which incorporates the 2026-05-30 audit note flagging the Jarlskog |J| match as a Heron's-formula consequence under unitarity (DRIFT item 135). Current canonical version: doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20478697. We extend the 8-bit discrete lattice framework to inter-generational quark mixing. By projecting a loop-level topological transition operator onto the physical 9-state left-handed quark basis, we derive the CKM matrix exhibiting Standard Model Wolfenstein power counting. The calculated bare Cabibbo angle |V_us|~0.237 and Jarlskog invariant J~4.3e-5 show strong structural agreement with global fits.
