Abstract

Audit note. This paper predates the framework's methodology audit of 2026-05-30. Three recharacterisations apply: (i) §15 item 86 + 2026-05-29 correction: the Berry-phase \delta = 2/9 identification feeding the bit-weight w = \alpha\Lambda now reads as index density d/N on the lepton-Feshbach codespace rather than as a universal Chern number. (ii) §15 item 142: the baryon-sector mass framing is recharacterised as ``DGG constituent quark model in substrate clothing'' --- the m_n - m_p chromomagnetic / constituent-mass structure inherits standard QCD's parameter count, with one mass per heavy quark flavour as Target B. (iii) §16.3 search-space audit: the parameter-free identification w = \alpha\Lambda is currently at Proposition tier; its load-bearing status hinges on the Bipartite Grassmann Trace Theorem (ANCHOR §15 item 79) being rigorously proven, which would unify three independent appearances of We define physical inertia as algorithmic resistance. The effective Landauer cost per active bit is w=alpha*Lambda_QCD~2.42 MeV. This gives a parameter-free prediction m_d-m_u=alpha*Lambda_QCD, in 4% agreement with the FLAG 2024 lattice average. RG analysis confirms crossing at Q*=2.13 GeV in the hadronic confinement regime. 2026-06-20 legacy canon revision: This is a canon-reconciled legacy version. Older mechanism note; compare to record-action measure The paper retains its historical derivation trail but carries a 2026-06-20 canon revision note identifying current status and superseded claims.
