Abstract

The mathematics of the early Lomas Framework papers is corrected in Paper 8: The Correction (available as public release Paper 8: DOI 10.5281/zenodo. 22085581). The framework's structure stands; specific early numerical claims are withdrawn, repaired, or reserved there, and one prediction is tested against 1,371 Pantheon+ supernovae and excluded in full. This paper remains the timestamped record of the framework's development. The Lomas Framework IV: Universal Phase Engineering is the fourth and capstone paper of the Lomas Framework series (Papers I-III, Lomas 2026). This is Version 2.0, the Definitive Scientific Edition, revised to address technical critiques including the frequency inconsistency identified in v1 and the absence of self-contained mathematical derivations. Paper IV translates the proven cosmological physics of Papers I-III into engineering. The foundational proposition is the Lomas Gravitational Identity: g = -(1/ρ)∇P_V, identifying gravity as the pressure gradient of the Void medium acting on the spacetime membrane. This identity is locally equivalent to Einstein's field equations for all K/σ_ST
