Abstract

Please contact Dr. St-Pierre and Dr. Reimer for any questions regarding this dataset or the code to analyze it. For the VIP/SOM (Figure 5G) dataset only the preprocessed data was exported. The AOD microscope saves the imaging data in a proprietary .mesc file format which one can't open without licensed Femtonics software.
