D10Z Gap Inventory Preparation Brief — Epistemic Status Map and Change Control (HECB_id v2)
Abstract
This technical note releases the D10Z Gap Inventory Preparation Brief, a pre-deployment control document that prevents credibility traps by explicitly separating what is MEASURED, FORMAL, INFERRED, and OPEN across the D10Z–MIZAN corpus. It is designed for adversarial readiness: it defines which claims can be stated proactively, which must be answered only on request, and which are out of scope until Phase-0 evidence exists. The brief also introduces a concrete change control measure: HECB_id v2 (κ ‖ τ_domain) as an additive, backward-compatible identifier extension to prevent cross-domain collisions and replay divergence when scaling the stack across multiple verticals (e.g., water, banking, telecom). Under multi-domain context, any artifact lacking τ_domain binding is treated as non-admissible for Zone-0 governance. This document is not marketing; it is execution governance: it converts ambiguity into typed boundaries, binds claims to falsifiers, and preserves determinism under expansion.
