Abstract

This report presents a non-operational domain translation of the Akarkach 7-Stage Emergence Model (A7SEM) within oncology as a high-risk complex adaptive system. Persistent recurrence across aggressive cancers suggests structural constraints extending beyond therapeutic efficacy alone. The report interprets cancer progression as a sequence of verifiable system state transitions rather than isolated treatment outcomes. Three recurring control constraints are identified across oncology domains: residual disease observability (instrumentation), therapeutic access verification (delivery), and long-term stability against adaptive evolutionary return. A conceptual transition model (Ω0–Ω4), verification gates (UG1–UG4), and the State-Navigated Cancer Research Initiative (SNCRI) are introduced as analytical instruments for evaluating oncology programs through transition-verification logic. This publication introduces no clinical guidance, therapeutic recommendation, or healthcare implementation. Oncology serves exclusively as a domain demonstration confirming structural correspondence with emergence and governance principles previously formalized within A7SEM and Pre-Inference Governance research. All materials are conceptual and non-operational. Akarkach, M.
