This repository contains the R scripts and processed datasets used in the study: "Machine learning reveals dynamic constraints on sediment transport in a changing environment" The code includes:- Sediment Rating Curve (SRC) modeling- XGBoost implementation- SHAP analysis- Figure generation scripts Raw hydrological data are obtained from publicly available sources cited in the manuscript.
