Single-cell transcriptomic sequencing data from primary colorectal cancer tumor samples
Abstract
Upon approval from the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, primary tumor tissues were obtained from surgical resections of CRC patients and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing, generating processed datasets.
