Hardware-Derived Stability Principles for Phase-Governed Cognitive Systems
Abstract
Modern digital hardware achieves reliability through strict enforcement of defined states, buffered transitions, and threshold-gated switching. This paper formalizes an abstract governance framework derived from these hardware stability principles and applies them to phase-governed cognitive systems. The work does not claim metaphorical similarity but proposes structural isomorphism between electrical switching systems and disciplined cognitive architectures.
