Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of third parties in family legal and family social relations, the legal and social system of Uzbekistan in this regard in comparison with the legal systems, customs and cultures of foreign countries. In addition, the concept of a third party that can be included in the family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the measures of responsibility that can be applied to them, the rights that can be granted to them, and the obligations imposed on them are discussed.
