Abstract

Raw data of the super-resolution optical sectioning microscopy of mouse liver slices. They are perfused with BioTracker 555, BioTracker 655 (VIS) or BioTracker NIR790 (NIR). The correlative confocal images of the liver slices for the VIS stained with BioTracker 555 or BioTracker 655 are also presented.
