Abstract

KIC Spheroid Calcium Pipeline — Script 02a/03 GUI-based R pipeline for merging and filtering WHOLE-IMAGE MEANS summary tables from a single CyteSeer experiment/batch generated in Script 01. What's included GUI selection of input/output paths Recursive scanning for *MEANS*.csv files Merging of per-well MEANS tables into a unified batch-level dataset Peak-range filtering or flag-only processing modes Validation of plate format (A01–H12 wells) Assignment of Group labels based on user-defined column rules Optional assignment of RowGroup labels Appending of a Batch identifier Export of a standardized merged.csv file Inputs *MEANS*.csv files generated in Script 01 Files originating from the /summary folder Required columns: Well Num.Peaks Outputs merged.csv containing: Original MEANS summary statistics Logical flags (keep_1hz, valid_well) Assigned Group (and optional RowGroup) Batch identifier Source file tracking Dataset is standardized and ready for cross-batch merging (Script 02b), statistical analysis, and downstream visualization (Script 03).
