Abstract

This document introduces the "Autonomous Networked Resistance with Analytical Backbone" model, a decentralized strategic framework proposed to the Progressive Iranians Party (Pishro). Designed to overcome the historical vulnerabilities of both centralized parties and leaderless movements, the model integrates highly resilient, autonomous "pioneer cores" with a central, non-operational Coordination Council that acts as an analytical and knowledge-aggregation hub. It details a data-driven learning cycle to transform scattered experiences into collective knowledge and outlines a three-phase strategy for transitioning from a political blockade to a stable democratic order, replacing top-down "orders" with a guiding Hope (امید) Booklet (Principles of Integrated Democratic Intervention).
