Abstract

This version comes with ~1 year worth of improvements & fixes. Here are some of the highlights: all read_xxx functions can now read straight from Google buckets (gs://...) a large number of improvements for transforms, e.g. a new GridTransform that can be used with transforms generated by warpfield speed-ups for various function including navis.heal_skeleton which is now up to 10x faster for complicated neurons Please see the Changelog for details.
